Perth Support Services,
Done Differently.

At Integration and Empowerment Services (IES), empowerment isn’t just a buzzword. It’s the way we do support- differently. We focus on building confidence, independence, and connection, walking beside you every step of the way.

We believe empowerment means encouraging people to unlock their full potential – whether that’s taking steps independently, communicating needs with confidence, getting out and about, building skills for the future, or simply kicking goals that matter to them. No matter what the journey looks like, we’re here with the support, encouragement and connection to help you thrive.

At IES, the people we support are more than clients — they’re part of our community. Being part of IES means belonging. You’re not defined by a number or a label; you’re recognised for your goals, your strengths and your potential. We’re here to listen, remove barriers and walk alongside you as you thrive. We know that people don’t always fit neatly into boxes, and at IES, we celebrate that.

Whether you or someone you know are living with a disability, young at heart, or recovering from illness or injury, we are here for you.

Services and Programs

In-Home Support

Support should fit into your life, not the other way around. Whether it’s a hand with showering and getting dressed, preparing meals, light cleaning, or keeping to a daily routine, we’re here to help.

Our in-home services are flexible, respectful, and always centered on your independence, dignity and goals.

We’re here for anyone who needs a little extra support – whether that’s due to disability, or if you need support during recovery from illness or injury. Maybe your goal is to build confidence, ease the pressure of daily tasks, or keep your home feeling like home. Whatever matters to you is where we start, and we’ll tailor the support around that.

Available through NDIS funding, Home Care Packages (HCP), fee-for-service, or those eligible through insurance.

To learn more about whether your funding can cover these supports, get in touch with our team today.

Social and Community Support

Get out and about with the support you need, on your terms. Whether it’s help with grocery shopping, getting to appointments, joining a class, or catching up with friends, we’re here to make sure you stay connected to the things that matter most.

Support isn’t only for long-term needs. If you’re living with disability, managing an illness, recovering from an injury, or just need a hand to get back into your routine, our team can be there to walk alongside you.

We focus on more than just getting from A to B — our team helps you build confidence, independence and community connection. That might mean one-on-one support tailored just for you, or joining a small group where you can share experiences, learn new skills and make connections.

You set the pace, the goals and the activities. We’ll bring the support, encouragement and practical help to make it happen.

Available through NDIS funding, Home Care Packages (HCP), or fee-for-service.

Social and Capacity Building Programs

Life is better when we learn, laugh and grow together. That’s why our programs are designed to bring people closer, build confidence and create unforgettable experiences.

At our community hub, there’s always something happening. You might head out with friends through our Empower Social Club, roll up your sleeves in the kitchen with our MasterChef Cooking & Nutrition Program, or get involved in Launchpad, our youth program designed to build independence and prepare for the future. You can drop in casually to our welcoming Open Hub Sessions with your support worker, or slow down and share morning tea, craft projects and conversation at our Create & Connect Club.

Whether you want to join in casually or take part in one of our set programs that run each term, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to connect, learn and have fun.

Weekend Retreats and Respite

We provide  Short-Term Accommodation (STA) and Respite Care tailored for you,  with immediate capacity available. Whether it’s planned ahead as a regular or a once-off service,  our STA and Respite gives both participants and their carers the chance to rest, reset and recharge. It’s about preventing burnout, restoring balance and making sure care can continue in a sustainable way.

We are also excited for the return of our NDIS funded capacity building camps, now called Empower Retreats. These weekend retreats are designed to help members build confidence, independence and social connection in a fun, supportive environment.

Community Impact

We’re proud to partner with Foodbank WA as both a referral provider and a host site for the Mobile Foodbank Van at our Ellenbrook hub. We also have our very own Community Pantry, offering everyday essentials to support local families.

Each year, we host our much-loved Community Christmas Connect, providing food relief, clothing assistance, children’s gifts, personal care packs, and more — made possible through the generosity of our community impact partners, dedicated team, and amazing volunteers.

To get involved in this years event or learn more, please get in touch with our team.

⚠️ Please note: while we provide food relief and referrals, we are not a crisis service.
