IES was founded in 2019 by Jacqueline Timmins and Terica Isgar, mature aged university students, both of whom had singlehandedly experienced frustrations with navigating the disability and aged care sectors for their mothers and family members.
The ladies discovered that many larger organisations failed to address the needs of the individual, often leading to neglect, lack of person-centred care and much frustration for people living with disabilities, their carers and their families.
Jacqueline and Terica sought to deliver a person-centred, holistic approach to disability services. One which encompasses the individual needs, goals and aspirations of those who access support services.
Following on from its inception, the passionate team at IES continue to deliver a premier range of in-home and community based support services, social programs and respite assistance to community members living with disability.
At IES you are valued as an individual, with individual care needs, goals, aspirations and preferences.
Your support should be your way, so why settle for less?
” We aim to create a better future for our community members through holistic support services, social programs and activities that assist individuals to continue to function independently within the home, and fully and effectively participate in society on an equal basis”
