Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
Our Psychosocial Recovery Coaching provides customised support for individuals facing mental health challenges. Our dedicated coaches collaborate with you to set recovery goals, build resilience, and guide you on your journey to better mental health and success.
Support Coordination
Our Support Coordination services help you make the most of your NDIS plan. We assist in connecting you with the right services, coordinating your supports, and ensuring you achieve your goals with confidence and ease.
Empowering Life Transitions (ELT)
The Empowering Life Transitions (ELT) Project helps parents and guardians of young people with complex disabilities. We support them after high school with continued care, life skills development, and social and work opportunities. Our dedicated team ensures a smooth transition, empowering each individual to reach their full potential and live a fulfilling life.
Intensive Capacity Building Group Trips (ICBT)
Our Intensive Capacity Building Group Trips (ICBT) Program is designed to provide a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental environments. Participants can enjoy fun and engaging activities, focusing on group-centered trips across Western Australia. This program offers opportunities to meet new people, build relationships, and explore different locations, enhancing personal growth and social connections.
Respite & STA
Enjoy a break from the home environment with our personalised, capacity-building Short-Term Accommodation (STA) & Respite program within the NDIS and disability sector. Build relationships in a relaxed setting, with the option to bring a partner, parents, or a support worker. Tailored for you by our Programs Coordinator, our program includes:
- Travel
- Disability-friendly accommodation
- Three meals per day
- Planned activities
