At IES (Integration and Empowerment Services), we’re more than an NDIS service provider — we’re a charity-led movement reimagining what support looks like. Rooted in Ellenbrook and growing across Perth, we exist to empower individuals and communities to thrive through connection, creativity and real, human care.
We’re not here to just tick boxes. We’re here to spark change — with inclusive programs, bold ideas, and heart-led support that meets people where they’re at. Whether it’s personalised 1:1 services, vibrant group programs, or advocacy that amplifies unheard voices, our approach is all about doing things differently — and doing them together.
Imagine a place where you’re seen, valued, and celebrated for exactly who you are. That’s what we’re building — and you’re invited.
Join us as we flip the script on disability support and community care. Because everyone deserves the chance to shine — and we’re here to make that happen.
Ready to feel empowered?Â
Personalised support that fits around your life — not the other way around. Whether it’s help with showering, getting dressed, cooking, light cleaning, or sticking to a daily routine, we’re here to make things easier — and a whole lot more empowering.
Our in-home services are flexible, respectful, and built to support your independence, dignity, and goals.
Whether your goal is to build independence, reduce overwhelm, or simply keep your home feeling like home — we tailor support to what matters to you.
Also available fee-for-service if you’re not currently funded under the NDIS.

Get out and about with the support you need — on your terms. Whether it’s help with grocery shopping, getting to appointments, joining a class, or just catching up with friends, we’re here to help you stay connected and involved in the things that matter to you.
Our team supports you to build confidence, independence, and community connection — whether it’s one-on-one or in a small group setting. You choose the pace, the goals, and the activities.
We also offer fee-for-service options if you’re not currently eligible for NDIS funding or are in-between plans.
Programs with purpose. Events with heart.
From hands-on workshops to group outings, arts, cooking, school leaver programs, and community connection events — everything we run is about building skills, boosting confidence, and creating space for people to show up as themselves.
Whether you’re learning, laughing, or just looking to belong, our programs and events are designed to empower — not just occupy.
Available through NDIS funding or fee-for-service.
Everyone needs a break sometimes — you, and the people who support you.
Whether it’s planned ahead or needed at the last minute, we offer emergency respite, Short-Term Accommodation (STA), and Medium-Term Accommodation (MTA) to give both participants and their carers time to rest, reset, and recharge. It’s about preventing burnout, restoring balance, and making sure care can continue in a sustainable way.
Our Catherine House Ellenbrook location offers more than just a bed — it’s a welcoming, purpose-built space with access to community programs, wellbeing activities, and social events. While you’re with us, you’re not just safe and supported — you’re also connected.
Respite can be the breathing room you need — to recover, reflect, or prepare for what’s next.
Available through NDIS funding or fee-for-service.

NDIS funded service only.
Because real support means showing up — in crisis and in action.
We provide immediate relief through our community partnerships, community pantry, clothing assistance, and crisis referrals for those facing tough times. But we don’t stop there. Our work is also about challenging the systems that keep people stuck.
Through bold events, campaigns, and community gatherings — like our annual Community Christmas Connect and Gigs for Good initiative— we raise awareness, spark connection, and drive social change.
These initiatives are funded through community grants and profits from our support services, so every dollar goes further — creating real impact where it’s needed most.
From emergency help to long-term impact — this is how we do support differently.
Got questions? You’re not alone. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to switch providers, we’ve answered some of the most common questions below — clear, simple, and straight to the point. If you need more info, we’re only a message away.
We don’t do cookie-cutter support. We don’t chase volume. And we don’t treat people like numbers. We’re a charity-led, values-first organisation — here to do support differently. That means real relationships, flexible options, community connection, and a team that shows up with heart. We reinvest profits into community programs and events, grassroots advocacy, and crisis support — because we believe in a world where everyone can thrive, not just survive.
We’re proudly based in Ellenbrook, WA, and support individuals and families right across the northern corridor of Perth. That includes surrounding suburbs like Midland, Aveley, Bullsbrook, and beyond. Not sure if we cover your area? Reach out — if we can’t help directly, we’ll do our best to connect you with someone who can.
If you’re funded under the NDIS, we follow the NDIS Pricing Arrangements — no hidden costs, no surprises. We also offer private-fee and aged care options for people who aren’t on NDIS. Everyone’s situation is different, so give us a call and we’ll walk you through what’s available and what might work best.
💡 No matter how you’re funded, every dollar helps us reinvest back into the community — through free programs, crisis supports, and advocacy.
Give us a call, complete our online referral form at the top of this page, drop us a message, or visit us at our Ellenbrook community hub. We’ll take the time to get to know you — what’s working, what’s not, and what you’d love life to look like. Then we’ll co-design a plan that makes sense for you, your goals, and your support needs. No pressure, no jargon — just people who care.
Absolutely. We support people with a mix of funding types — including private fees, aged care, or even low-cost community programs. Whether you’re in a gap period, waiting for a plan, or just need help navigating options, we’re here. Let’s have a conversation and figure it out together.
Supported accommodation is more than a place to stay — it’s a place to belong. Whether you’re looking for short-term respite, transitional housing, or something longer term, we offer options that balance independence, dignity, and care. Our Supported Accommodation is built around your needs, and it’s available through NDIS or private funding.
We work hard to ensure every space we create is welcoming, respectful, and culturally responsive. We centre lived experience, celebrate diversity, and learn from our community every day. If there’s something we can do better — please let us know.
Yes — and we’d love that. We’re always on the lookout for volunteers, mentors, and community members who want to make a difference. Whether you’ve got lived experience, a big heart, or a few spare hours — we’ll find a way for you to be part of the movement.
Got a question, an idea, or just want to learn more about what we’re up to? Whether you’re a participant, carer, community partner, or just someone curious about how we’re doing support differently — we’d love to hear from you.
Reach out, drop us a line, or come say hi at the hub. We’re not here to just tick boxes — we’re here to build something that matters.
