Connected Me

Experience new places, meet new people, and connect with your community through Connected Me! Our group outings, workshops, and ticketed events are designed to reduce social isolation, build confidence, and encourage community participation.

Healthy Me

Empowering Life Transitions (ELT)

Stepping into adulthood is exciting—but it can also feel overwhelming. Empowering Life Transitions supports school leavers in gaining the skills, confidence, and experience they need to navigate life after school and move towards employment, further education, or independent living.

✅ Work readiness support (resume building, interview skills)
✅ Exploring job opportunities and further education pathways

Capacity Building Camps
