Life Skills Development.

Cooking & Nutrition: Learn to prepare healthy meals while gaining a deep understanding of nutrition. Our focus is on equipping you with the skills to make healthier choices for independent living.

Sewing: Develop practical skills through hands-on sewing projects that enhance your independence and creativity.
