Support Workers Wanted – Be Part of Something Bigger

Based in City of Swan | Casual Positions Available

At IES, we do things differently. We’re a charity-led social enterprise on a mission to create a more connected, inclusive world — and we want heart-led, community-minded support workers to help us make it happen.

Whether you’re helping someone cook dinner for the first time, join a local event, or just feel seen and heard, your role is more than a job — it’s part of a bigger movement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience or passion for supporting people with disability
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to think outside the box
  • Genuine care, reliability and strong communication skills
  • Flexibility to work across in-home, community and group settings
  • People who believe in radical inclusion and real impact

What You’ll Need:

  • A genuine passion for people and building community
  • Previous experience in disability, aged care or community services
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain), WWCC and National Police Clearance
  • A valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certification
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module
  • Respect for diversity, inclusion and trauma-informed approaches
  • Flexibility and adaptability- no two days are ever the same
  • A commitment to showing up with heart, integrity and curiosity.
