Leaving school is a big step, and for young people with disabilities, the transition into adulthood should be exciting, empowering, and full of possibilities. At IES, our Empowering Life Transitions (ELT) Program is designed to help school leavers unlock their potential, build independence, and take charge of their future.
We remove the barriers that hold young people back, providing the skills, experiences, and support they need to step into adulthood with confidence. Whether it’s learning practical life skills, preparing for employment, or finding new ways to connect socially, we help each participant discover their strengths and take the next step toward a fulfilling life.
