The Empowering Life Transitions (ELT) Project is dedicated to supporting parents and guardians of young people with complex disabilities. We provide continued care beyond high school, focusing on life skills development, social engagement, and work opportunities, ensuring a smooth and empowering transition into adulthood.

Life After Year 12: Bridging the Gap for Your Child's Future

Structured Day Programs
Our program runs Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM, aligning with Western Australia school terms to ensure continuity and structure for participants.

Personal & Social Development
Activities designed to foster lifelong learning, strengthen family networks, and bring broader benefits to the community.

Employment Support
Collaboration with Disability Employment Service Providers to facilitate volunteer work and part-time employment opportunities.

Life Skills Development
Practical activities like cooking, using technology, and engaging in social interactions to enhance independence and build self-esteem.
